And to achieve the best results, we discuss and analyse with our client their needs, and together we work till a sustainable result in performance levels is reached. Then, we tailor-make a program or redesign an available program according to the analysed situation.

After 6 months, and to ensure that the training has actually led to the required results, we perform a qualitative follow up based on questionnaire and a wrap up session.
